Ken Paulson Plumbing, Inc. was established in 2001 with the aim to provide customers on the Palouse with quality plumbing services. Owner, Ken Paulson, started the one-person company from his home, and through the years it has grown to a staff of sixteen. In 2019 Ken Paulson Plumbing, Inc. expanded to include HVAC and Electrical services. With a team of certified and fully trained plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians, we have become one of the area’s most trusted mechanical companies.

I thought due to the weather, my pipes were frozen to the kitchen sink. But I had just filled up a bowl of water…then there was just a trickle. Thankfully they were able to come the same day…I was embarrassed as my kitchen looked like a tornado hit!! I was just getting over a cold. Once there, we looked at the water pipes in the basement, the broken pipe located outside (was told that had nothing to do with the pipe to the sink, but the sprinkler system). I was SO happy to find out it was just the screen to the faucet that needed to be cleaned. I am not going to lie, but I started crying! I thought for sure they were going to have to replace piping. Thank you, and the plumbers for an amazing service!

Ken Paulsen came out on a Friday, estimate received on Saturday, and water heater installed the following Tuesday. Quick, thorough, and professional.

They were friendly and helpful, but I cannot taste thier service simply because they do not have a Idaho practice license. So if your a Washington resident your good.
